My passions are centered around the things I love the most. Family, Cooking, Real Estate and Marketing. I am originally from Chicago. Born and raised. I have lived in the great state of Texas longer than I have lived in Chicago. So, technically I can call myself a Texan.
Many of you all ready know me from my personal website (https://www.janiceimoisi.com) and you know my story. The book is yet to be written. (Believe me, it's a work in constant progress!)
Family is so important to me and ranks up there pretty high next to God Almighty himself. I am a big believer of no family member left behind. Everyone is in different places in their lives. I get that. I truly do.
Talk about cooking. I can throw down in a kitchen. All I need is an apron, my gadgets and the kitchen. I am a cooking from scratch kind of gal. Sort of like Julia Child.
I have helped more families than I can count to achieve the "Dream" of being a homeowner. Being available to help families before, during, and after they move-in to their homes has been a blessing to me. I don't just want the relationship to end after they receive their keys. You see a lot can happen even after the close. There are still unanswered questions that you as the new home buyer still would like to have answered. I also like to do a check on the county records to make sure that the title did indeed change hands and you actually remember to file for your homestead exemption to receive your tax credit. I see you, I got you!
My degree is in Marketing/Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston. I love anything that has to do with helping people and businesses grow. Being a Marketer partnered with an Entrepreneur is the best of both worlds!
