Happy New Year 2022!
By Janice Imoisi || Submitted on Jan 3, 2022
The New Year (2022) is finally here. For some reason I just could not wait to wipe the slate clean and start on some new projects while completed some old long-awaited ones.Even though I have been making subtle changes throughout the year, it still feels good to start at the top of the calendar year.
I hope you have found that special something that has grabbed your attention and will keep you busy for the next 12 months. If not, I have a few ideas to throw at yah!
Do you have interest in any of the following?
1. Real Estate Agent
2. Insurance Agent
3. Loan Officer/Mortgage Originator
All of these require a state license, fingerprinting and background check, courses, and you will need to study. The Real Estate Agent and Insurance Agent can be done on the side. You can learn and earn while you continue to work full-time. At some point you should transition to a full-time agent. You will do better income wise and it will be better for your clients.
I am currently a full-time real estate agent (Real Estate Broker) and licensed insurance agent. I had my mortgage broker license and I surrendered it to the state because I was no longer originating loans for lenders and I had a lot of personal family issues going on at the time. So, I decided to move over to the real estate side of the transaction and it was a great transition for me.
If you are interested in becoming a real estate agent, I put together this quick Ebook for you to get started for Texas. Click here >> FREE Ebook Download.<< I try to update this Ebook every year. (Last updated Oct. 2021) to help you with the steps for the state of Texas.
I will be doing a zoom class soon on what’s it like to be a real estate agent coming soon. If you are interested, Just comment below so I can take a head count. I will be checking back in weekly to see if there is enough interest.
